| The present name for
the firm was changed in 2002 when Charles L. Bell Jr. became Of
Counsel. Mr. Sewak and Ms. Sewak are also presently Of Counsel. The law firm concentrates strictly on personal
injury cases; specifically automobile, medical malpractice, slip and fall,
workers' compensation and product liability. The firm no longer participates
in the general practice of law such as domestic issues, criminal or corporate
law.
Members of the firm are very active in the trial bar including Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Western Pennsylvania Trial LawyersAssociation. Mr. Bell and Mr. Pizzi are both charter members of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Southwestern Pennsylvania. The law firm serves clients in Southwestern Pennsylvania including Washington, Greene, Westmoreland, Allegheny and Fayette Counties. The firm is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers under Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. |
